If your return request is approved, return the package back to us at the location stated above. If the product is returned in a good condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
In order to approve the return, we will require that you send us a picture of the product, the “Best By” Date, and the production code (usually next to the “Best By” Date—not the UPC code). If approved, return the package back to us at the location stated above and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Don’t like it?
Contact us to explain your concern and discuss your options of either a refund or exchange. In such a case, return the product back to us at the location stated above.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your purchase may become lost, and Polar will not be responsible for that.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return processes are the same as regular priced items unless indicated during point of sale. If a sale item is not available for return, it will be stated.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
